2026 Provincetown Book Festival

The 2026 Provincetown Book Festival, taking place September 25-27, is a celebration of literature, storytelling, and creative exchange in one of the country’s most historic arts communities. Over the course of three days, the festival brings together acclaimed authors and guest speakers for a series of engaging programs, including readings, panel discussions, and in-depth conversations.

Hosted at the Provincetown Public Library, all events are free and open to the public, making it an accessible and enriching experience for residents and visitors alike. A highlight of the weekend is the presentation of the Rose Dorothea Award, honoring literary achievement and connection to Provincetown’s cultural legacy.

The festival offers a thoughtful and inspiring way to experience the town’s enduring commitment to the arts.
