Provincetown TransWeek 2026

October 18-25 | Provincetown, MA

Provincetown welcomes TransWeek October 18-25, 2026, for a week of community, education, entertainment, and social events.

Formerly known as Fantasia Fair, TransWeek has been bringing the transgender and gender-diverse community together in Provincetown since 1975. The week includes workshops, speakers, meals, entertainment, social gatherings, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy Provincetown.

About Provincetown TransWeek

TransWeek is one of Provincetown's long-running annual LGBTQ+ events. Rather than taking place inside one convention hotel, activities are held at locations throughout town, making Provincetown itself part of the experience.

The event combines educational programming with opportunities to meet people, make connections, and have fun. Programming is also available for spouses, partners, significant others, family members, and allies.

Attendees can participate in as much or as little as they choose while leaving time to explore Commercial Street, restaurants, shops, galleries, and Provincetown.

TransWeek 2026 Schedule
